Spoke to Felipe, and he goes "well Paul, I understand you have a good deal on that dealership, but if you don't come here to see what we have, you will miss it, not imposing, just give us a chance, if you could, we sell good vehicles, modestly priced, we invest in the repairs we do, no cheap touch ups here' Courteous & Transparent; Patient & thorough. They wanted to help and adapt things to make it work. This Team auto central are going the extra mile to get you out happy and with a seriously inspected vehicle, no hidden fees. David is so passionate about the vehicles, you can just have a conversation with the guy without being intense on making a sale; With Felipe the Credit app took no time, he got the last bank I thought would finance me, to approve. With Amina, after I thought I was done....she goes "look what I found!" So she gave me an extra 10% monthly savings, when she already had the sale on paper already, and did not need to go the extra mile for me.... but she did it. The paperwork took 20 minutes, I was in and out in 90 minutes, drove away a new like pre-owned with real plates too, not a piece of temporary paper. Got invited with coffee and pizza while there. Clean office spaces and nice renovated waiting room. Good souls all around, good generation of sales professionals that truly made a difference. This is a winning Team, and I was a winning client on that day, thanks to their individual efforts merging together onto optimum results.
