I was going through a unique situation, and Filipe went above and beyond to support me. He was incredibly attentive and understanding, never once making me feel rushed or discouraged. He didn’t make “exceptions,” but he did work with me and was willing to make a fair deal that truly fit my circumstances, which meant the world to me. Nicholas was also very helpful throughout the entire process, very attentive to all of my questions, and overall thorough during the entire process The entire process was seamless — literally a 1, 2, 3 experience. Stress-free, transparent, and honestly better than I ever expected. I left feeling confident, cared for, and most importantly… in love with my new vehicle! After leaving another dealership due to what appeared to be lack of interest in salesman, I stumbled upon Car Central Milford accident. We were approached by a friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and definitely not pushy salesman Nickolas. A large variety of cars, well priced (in my opinion) and additional in Wallingford location if necessary. Took ten days to make up my mind. See- no pressure from salesmen or manager Filipe . One rainy afternoon I arrived to test drive a few I picked out and Nickolas was busy with another customer. Instead of having me wait, another salesperson, Eli was more than accommodating to our needs.(In the pouring rain!) All options fully explained upfront. Text messages updating me on status of vehicles. When I finally decided, they made it painless. HIGHLY recommend this dealership. I will certainly buy from them again!
