They really don’t know how much they made my day by being so supportive. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way, and I walked away with the exact car I wanted. My name is Carmen. I am a CNA /Care Coordinator from New Haven CT. I would love to share my little story and my car experience at Car Central in Milford. About 3 years ago, my sons and I suffered from Mold and mildew exposure and we all got sick, caused me to fall behind with car payments after loosing some jobs and my car got repossessed. I was devastated. But asked God to provide a clean home. I was without a car for about 2 years, not to mention in end of July 2025 I got diagnosed with Tcell Lymphoma Cancer. Me just praying and taking care of myself, I’m proud to say, I landed a job and have been working and going to chemo. Now I’m Beating Cancer. Long story short, I said you know what I’m ready to get another car. I was worried I wasn’t going to be approved after shopping around. But I have been working so hard and praying to God. I learned about Car Central in Milford CT, after calling other dealerships, they were only getting me into a 2007. I said what no way! Elizer helped me so much, such an amazing Sales man, respectful, hardworking, humble, caring, and made the whole process so stress free for me. The entire team is amazing. Nothing but good vibes and smiles, clean dealership. Very organized. And guess what, I got approved for my 2021 SUV. Car payments are in my budget. Car is mint conditions. I have great warranty, and Gap insurance (which I recommend in everyone getting). Despite my credit and repo. I’m telling you God is good and so is this team of hardworking individuals making sure families drive off with a safe reliable vehicle. I highly recommend them to anyone in and out of the state of CT. Thank you so much to everyone really. Sorry for the long review, but I can’t express how happy my boys and family are right now. Yesterday I went and got a 2015 Honda Civic, they helped me with financing with little to no credit and made sure I left with what I wanted for a very good and cheap price!!! Definitely will be coming back in the future and I highly recommend this place and the staff are very helpful.
