What a wonderful experience trading in my GMC Terrain SUV and buying a New/Used BMW SUV with the Car Central team, Milton their financial advisor worked magic with the bank to pay off old loan and provide minimal financing possible on my new purchase! The two partners Sam & Sam personally came to congratulate me and offer me everything I needed there was a warm family environment as they showed everything dealing with the charges and fees nothing hidden all straight forward and all to benefit me the customer. Sam, the son handled the sales portion was extremely kind and professional. Everyone down to the service team was absolutely pleasant to talk to. I can’t say enough good things about Sam and his outfit. This was the best experience I’ve ever had in anything car related! Sam is extremely professional and is 100% honest with unmatched integrity in his line of business! I bought a Toyota Prius which is perfect in every way and a very good deal! Sam was so helpful in all respects and what impressed me more than anything is that his employees were super pleasant, very contented workers to the point where Sam had to tell one of his guys to get going because it was getting late! Honesty, integrity, quality and fair pricing are the core defining principles of this business. Sam is a pleasure to work with, he responds quickly to inquiries is friendly, bright, personable and a joy to do business with. He held a car for five days for this out-of-state buyer on his word, despite much interest in this car, because he said he would. His showroom and garage are neat as a pin, and the car was ready on time and in showroom condition. Staff are friendly and there is no pressure to buy whatsoever. Car was very fairly priced with no surprise upcharges. I have purchased more than 20 cars in my life, and this was easily the best experience I have ever had. I just recently purchased a SUV from Car Central (March 2021) and I could not be happier. Sam and Omar were a pleasure to work with and all of my concerns were addressed. First off I absolutely hate the entire car buying process. When I came to this dealership the owner could not have been nicer and more helpful. Incredibly honest, absolutely no pressure to buy, he was wonderful to me and my wife! Very clean facilities. The literal fastest car buying process i've ever had. I will be a repeat customer in the future and I will be recommending people I know to buy here. One last note, the owner sells only high quality, exceptionally maintained vehicles!
Kept Their Word
I went to Car Central because I saw a car on their site that I liked, but unfortunately it sold before I got there. Sam and Omar told me that if I gave them a small deposit and a description of what I was looking for, they would try to find something for me, with the promise that I would get the money back if they weren't able to find something. Over the course of the next few weeks, Sam called me every week to let me know he hadn't found anything but that he was still looking. After about a month, I found something on my own and called to let them know. I had my deposit back in just a couple of days, just like they promised. That's the opposite of what you hear about with used car dealers. The next time I'm in the market for a car, I'll definitely keep them in mind. Thank you, Sam & Omar! HIDDEN GEM!!!
We stumbled upon this place looking for a specific vehicle. When we arrived we were greeted by Elijah and he was such a pleasure to deal with. He let us look at the truck and even offered to put it on the lift to look underneath. He was not pushy and let us look and talk without him hovering over us. We ended up buying a different truck then what we came for. Going through the whole buying process was such a pleasure. Sam and his staff were kind, courteous and just down to earth good people. Off-road ready LX470 purchase: amazing experience
I had a top-notch, professional, superb experience with Car Central and its owners (Sam and Omar). I identified the truck in which I was interested online and flew in from out of state to purchase it. From start to finish Sam and Omar were courteous, helpful and very competent. We had a video walk-through; they answered all my questions; and helped smooth over the purchase process, handling the titling process and in-transit registration smoothly and painlessly. Sam held the truck for me and delisted it simply by virtue of his word and mine. Such service, ethics and competence is very rare. I cannot recommend Car Central more highly to anyone who is searching for a “hidden gem” top quality used car and a very pleasant purchasing experience.
Excellent Service
I went to their shop earlier today to replace my alternator. When they looked at my car, they told me that it was only a wire issue with the alternator, and it doesn't need to be replaced. I was originally supposed to pay $650 to get an alternator replacement. It turned out I only pay $53 to get the wire fixed. Thank you so much Andy for your honesty. You have saved me $600 today. Customer service was excellent. I wish I could rate more than 5 because you guys deserve 100. Thank you again for a job well done. I definitely will refer you guys to my friends.
